Our personal training services include a la carte 1, 1.5 or 2 hour sessions, corporate training sessions, and monthly package deals.

The first personal training appointment will involve getting some measurements taken, a fitness and health status established, and some initial routines to build upon. Subsequent training sessions will be customized for you and you alone, with an emphasis being placed on you reaching your goals in the amount of time you establish at the first session.

Corporate training sessions involved a large number of people and generally make use of exercises that can be performed in a work environment while still providing a motivating and energizing workout for all participants.

Our package deals include a series of personal training sessions over the span of a month, including a number of massage therapy sessions that will aid you in reaching your goals faster and healthily.
